I think what you are asking is about selling a home that flooded in Hurricane Harvey. I know of many homes that have sold after being repaired from the flood. I would not assume that buyers would not buy a flooded home. Many homes flooded that had never flooded since construction in the 1940-50\'s. I tell my buyers that want a home in an area that \"will not flood\" that we simply cannot predict when or where the next storm will happen. Any area that got as much rain as Harvey delivered would probably flood. But HH was a rare event. I think if a home has been remediated and repaired, it will likely sell. If sellers do not want to repair then investors will buy to do repairs to rent or sell those properties. I hope I answered what you were asking.

Head over to Matrix and run a property search. Add the HOA field and select No from the dropdown. Then, check the Restrictions field and choose No Restrictions from the dropdown. Keep in mind that some properties might not have an HOA but could still have deed restrictions, so its worth double-checking.
